Senior Engineer - Design (Electrical)

Job Summary

Coordinate and support electrical system designs and analysis for renewable energy and high-voltage projects, including conducting power system studies and grid integration assessments. Evaluate grid stability impacts and new technologies while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. Maintain compliance with relevant codes and safety standards throughout all design phases.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design and Analysis:

• Lead the development of electrical system designs, including schematics, single-line diagrams, and layouts for renewable energy (solar, winds, pump hydro, etc) and high-voltage power supply projects.
• Conduct load flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies.
• Assess the impact of renewable energy integration on the grid stability, frequency regulation, and voltage control due to optimisation proposed by the team by reviewing feasibility studies, g...
