Responsible for leading technical and operational aspects of C&I demand response, including demand response event coordination and scheduling.Promote awareness of demand management strategies and programs among commercial, industrial, and municipal customers; track customer leads and follows up.Manage and provide direction to contracted Distributed Energy Resource Management (DERMS) vendor(s) that support C&I program operations.Develop and lead ConnectedSolutions growth initiatives and pilots to reach new customer segments, test new C&I demand response strategies and deepen participation from existing participants.Apply knowledge to successfully advance departmental strategies and initiatives/projects.Train internal and external stakeholders on demand response program strategies, processes, and techniques.Serve as an Eversource subject matter expert on C&I demand response by representing E...
