Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join the Pass & Seymour Team in Syracuse, NY.
Lead and participate in the planning and execution of embedded firmware development for lighting controls, advanced protection and connected wiring devices. Design, develop, integrate, and test firmware for resource-constrained microcontrollers used in wiring devices.
Job Duties:
+ Execute the design, development, debugging, and hardware/software integration of embedded firmware solutions for new and existing electrical wiring devices according to product specifications.
+ Actively participate in hardware design by working across firmware and electronics domains, including schematic interpretation, hardware/firmware partitioning, board bring-up, and root-cause debugging of mixed hardware/software issues to ensure optimal wiring-device des...
