Senior EM Designer

The [Electric Machine Analyst] will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of electric machines used in automotive applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the electric machine designs meet performance, efficiency, noise and reliability standards.
+ Design and Development:
+ Develop and optimize electric machine designs for automotive applications.
+ Conduct electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analyses to ensure performance and reliability.
+ Collaborate with design and project engineers to ensure that designs will integrate into vehicle systems.
+ Simulation and Modelling:
+ Utilize simulation tools to model electric machine performance.
+ Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) simulations. Process the results of these simulations, draw conclusions and communicate these through the organization.
