Senior Electrician Power Generation

Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical maintenance and fault-finding on plant equipment Ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and uptime Supervise and support junior artisans on-site Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance Assist with breakdowns and root cause analysis Maintain compliance with electrical standards and procedures Requirements: Trade Tested Electrician (non-negotiable) Proven experience in a similar industrial / plant environment Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Experience mentoring or supervising junior artisans Solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards Willingness to train, coach, and develop junior team members
