​The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their Leeds office, pricing and tendering electrical packages across education, healthcare, retail, leisure and social housing projects. The role sits within their M&E contracting division, working alongside an experienced pre-construction team. The business itself is broader than M&E alone, with facilities management and cleaning and hygiene services operating under the same group, which reflects a scale and stability that most M&E specialists at this level cannot match.

Based in Leeds, our client is a well-established building services contractor with over a century of trading history and a project portfolio spanning education, healthcare, industrial and commercial, leisure, retail and social housing sectors.
