Senior Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Engineer within the Electrical Engineering Organization, this role will be working as a multi-disciplinary Engineer in Research & Development (R&D) department on advanced technology platforms for next generation high speed, high precision automated semiconductor assembly equipment.
