POSITION INFO:

JOB PURPOSE:

• This position is twofold, being managerial and technical related.
• The position is responsible for the planning, directing and coordination of
  professional electrical designs as part of the complete design process
  to meet client specific requirements, measured against various legal
  requirements in the electrical environment.

Managerial:

• To manage and control the electrical engineering department and all associated activities.
• To manage and ensure all projects adhere to Iritron quality systems and safety standards.
• To monitor and support the electrical design engineering team and apply best practices.
• To ensure technical projects met deadlines, eliminate waist and are profitable.
• To liaise with Iritron team and schedule services that this department must render to other
