Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department and design team.
• Review, approve, and sign off on LV and MV electrical designs.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and development of engineers and draughtspersons.
• Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Conduct site audits, compliance assessments, and technical investigations.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee commissioning activities and ensure successful project implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements:

• BEng Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
