Responsibilities
- Configure and manage bridge connectivity, including connectors, dealer links, and liquidity provider relationships
- Create and maintain FIX session accounts to ensure reliable connectivity and stable data flow
- Administer MetaTrader MT4/MT5 server infrastructure, including group settings, symbol parameters, and cluster management
- Monitor live trading environments to identify and resolve latency issues or execution anomalies in real time
- Lead the installation, configuration, and monitoring of third-party plugins and vendor solutions
- Manage trading holiday calendars and serve as a senior escalation point for trade support queries
- Partner with technology, compliance, and front-office teams to drive operational efficiencies
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Centroid and PrimeXM xCore (connector setup, FIX account management, and reporting)
