Senior Director, Technology and Product

About the Role:
The Senior Director of Technology & Product is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for aligning technology, product strategy, and organizational goals. This role oversees product vision, engineering execution, and the successful delivery of platforms, features, and digital experiences. The Senior Director works cross-functionally with ClarusONE leadership, ClarusONE Member technology teams, engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive technology led innovation. ClarusONE has developed a bespoke Sourcing engine (ARK) in house, with the majority of sourcing work being delivered in this system. Continued development of this system, including integration of AI, will be critical to the success the business and its Members.
