Senior Director Public Relations

Job Summary: Involves in all aspects of the business, including maintaining good day to day working relationships with clients, managing the workload of the team, media relations, events management and playing a full role in new business pitches.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

I. Client Servicing

• Provides proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients
• Manages and develops the people working on his/her accounts
• Provides timely and consistent strategic and tactical advice
• Analyses and solves problems for clients and the company
• Develops programs and oversees the development and delivery of high-quality output by the team
• Maintains and develops client relationships
• Plans, prepares and delivers client presentations when necessary
• Manages budgets and other financial performance requirements
