Senior Director, Marketing Customer Intelligence

**Position Purpose:**

The Sr. Director, Marketing Customer Intelligence is the enterprise architect of how we value our customers, marketing efforts, and our media. This leader will build and lead a Center of Excellence responsible for the unified measurement of Retail Media, Core Marketing, Customer Insights, Data Governance & Privacy, and Behavioral Analytics.

This role will lead a team of technical analysts and strategists to bridge the gap between complex data science and executive action, driving a consistent source of truth to drive decisioning across Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions and is accountable for defining and executing a vision that enhances data-driven decision-making. This leader demonstrates a strong ability to devise effective solutions within matrixed environments, seamlessly moving from data analytics to insights to action.
