Senior Director, Health & Benefits

**Description**

As a Health and Benefits Director, you will lead large, highly visible client engagements involving the design and management of the full array of health and benefits programs. You will drive the strategy and grow relationships with current clients, as well as participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients. You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace of one of the world’s leading HR consulting firms and have the ability to contribute to the evolution of health care delivery

The Role

+ Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complex clients in the design and management of their health and benefits programs, including:
+ Benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies
+ Vendor procurement, negotiation, and optimization
