Senior Director, Field Operations

**JOB PURPOSE:**

**The Senior Director, Field Operations develops and drives strategy, vision, and operational excellence across multiple regions and functions. This role influences policy-making and long-term planning (5+ years) while ensuring practices consistently deliver strong clinical, operational, and financial results. The Senior Director provides direction to regional directors and practice leaders, translating corporate strategy into actionable objectives that strengthen market position and sustain company-wide growth.**
