Senior Director, Auto Insurance Enterprise Growth

Flex is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader in Dubai to own auto insurance GTM, drive end-to-end deals, and advise C-level partners. You will shepherd partnerships from agreement through deployment, translate feedback to product and pricing, and build scalable sales playbooks leveraging AI tools to grow the pipeline.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, a proven closing track record, and strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
