Senior Diagnostics Technician – EV & Customer Care

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking a Personal Service Technician - Diagnostics to lead advanced vehicle diagnostics, repair, and EV maintenance. You will own the service journey from appointment booking to vehicle handover, ensuring accurate reporting, high first‑time fix rates, and premium Polestar service standards.

You will work within the Polestar Aftersales team, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate with parts, warranty, and customers.
