Senior Diagnostic Technician – EV Mobility & Customer Care

The Personal Service Technician (PST) at Al-Futtaim Automotive's Polestar Service Center will diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles to Polestar and Al-Futtaim standards while delivering a premium service experience from booking through handover.

You will perform advanced diagnostics, use OEM tools, and contribute to first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction. Dubai-based role with exposure to premium electric mobility and a collaborative workshop environment.
