Senior DevSecOps Coach — Hybrid/Remote Secure Automation Leader

ITDS, on behalf of BPCE-IT, seeks a Senior DevSecOps Coach to guide IT teams in adopting DevSecOps practices across the organization. The role is Porto-based with a hybrid work model (3 days remote).

You will lead CI/CD adoption, training, and coaching, sponsor CALMS-aligned cultures, and help automate deployment pipelines using tools like CRAFT, OpenShift, Jira, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, TFS, XL Deploy, and XL Release. Fluent English required.
