Role Overview:

In addition to the responsibilities of the 'ServiceNow Developers', the Senior Developer will

also be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of the client implementation on the

ServiceNow platform, ensuring solution quality, performance, and adherence to best

practices.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead technical design and development of ServiceNow solution using App Engine

and CSM components

. Own solution architecture, configuration standards, and coding guidelines

. Review and approve technical designs, scripts, integrations, and data models

. Guide developers and integration specialists during build and defect

resolution
