Senior Design Systems Engineer

Datacom is seeking a Senior Design Technologist in New Zealand to join our Auckland/Wellington/Christchurch team or remote. You will own the technical implementation of our design system and ensure it remains the single source of truth across the organisation.

You'll build scalable component libraries, tokens, UX guidelines, and production-ready UI components, bridging design decisions with working code while evolving tooling and AI-assisted workflows to speed delivery.
