**Work Modality:** This position requires to work 3x times a week at office.





We are seeking a Senior Design Release Engineer – Thermal and Cabin Comfort to lead HVAC and related thermal component release. This role owns technical definition, timing, cross-functional execution, and issue resolution to deliver quality, cost, and customer comfort targets.


**Key Responsibilities**


+ Lead release of HVAC and thermal components through the full development cycle
+ Own requirements, BOM accuracy, release documentation, engineering changes, and issue tracking
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet comfort, defog/defrost, efficiency, cost, timing, quality, and service targets
+ Develop specifications, drawings, validation plans, and release records
