Senior Decoration Account Manager

Job Description

Senior Decoration Account Manager owns US customer relationships and decoration technical direction for MTX Stitches program end-to-end. This role translates customer artwork into executable decoration specifications, selects the correct technique and substrate pairing, and shepherds each order through strike-off, sample approval, and production within SLA. It is equal parts technical expert and account manager: fluent in embroidery and applique techniques, and confident on Zoom with US brand owners, streetwear designers, college bookstores, and corporate merchandise buyers. The role also supports the MTX Custom program at roughly one-fifth capacity.

Working Hours

4:00 PM 12:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday. This shift covers the US Eastern morning and part of the Pacific morning. One in-office or factory day per week is required typically Wednesday with the remainder worked remotely from home in Karachi (hybrid).
