Reporting to the Head of Data Strategy & Analytics, the Senior Data Scientist is accountable for the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of advanced analytics and data science solutions. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, leading complex initiatives, shaping analytics capabilities, and influencing data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This position serves as a subject‑matter expert, responsible for translating ambiguous business challenges into scalable data solutions, driving innovation, and contributing to the strategic direction of analytics within the OSC.
