About the job An Insurtech start-up is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their team.
Your new role As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for: Design end-to-end ML solutions by translating business problems into scalable AI systems. Perform data exploration and feature engineering on large, complex healthcare datasets. Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models with reproducible and scalable pipelines. Productionize models with MLOps, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a technical subject matter expert. Ensure responsible AI practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance across workflows.
What you’ll need to succeed 8+ years’ experience in data science, with preference for PhD and Azure certifications. Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and reproducible data workflows. Expertise in ML, statistics, deep learning, NLP, time series, and GenAI applications....
