We’re partnered with a growing organisation looking to bring in a Data Engineering Manager to lead and scale their data capability. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, delivery ownership, and hands-on technical oversight in a modern Azure environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading multiple data engineering squads, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across a range of data and platform initiatives. This is a leadership role with real ownership—covering team development, delivery assurance, and engineering maturity .

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across IT and Product, while also managing vendors and partners to make sure everything lands as expected.
