Senior Data Analyst HR

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organisation seeking an experienced HR Data professional to sit at the intersection of HR, IT, and analytics. In this role you will help build the foundations of a new HR Controlling team, drive the design of a group-wide HR data standard, and maintain and enhance core HR IT systems — including an existing HR platform and a new global HR solution currently in implementation. You will be a key contributor in shaping how HR data is managed, governed, and consumed across this global organisation.

Salary up to 75,000 EUR
