Responsibilities
- Protects critical patient data and digital assets by managing threat detection, leading incident response, and ensuring regulatory compliance across hospital and clinic infrastructures
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation for security alerts (e.g., malware or phishing) targeting clinical systems. Manage security tools such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and firewalls.
- Conduct regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations. Ensure all infrastructure complies with healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and Cybersecurity Act)
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) plans. Coordinate with IT audits and track security findings to resolution.
