Senior CX & Marketing Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Customer Experience (CX) & Marketing Technology Lead. The role will own and evolve how customer data, insights, and technology come together across the Platform, ensuring both operational stability and strategic progression.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Martech & CX platform ecosystem, ensuring stable operations, reliable tracking, scalable campaign/lead infrastructure, and governance ownership.
- Build the data foundation for customer intelligence: define and govern customer and user data flows, instrumentation, and journey tracking in close cooperation with Platform Analytics and product teams.
