Snr Customer Service and Logistics Manager, APAC – Tate & Lyle
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing customer service team.
- Collaborate with commercial, global, and regional functional teams.
- Manage open orders and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Coach the team in logistic operation excellence and deliver a cost‑effective, right‑service logistics solution across APAC.
- Drive innovation, process improvements, and system enhancements to improve customer experience and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standardised processes and procedures across North Asia, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand for all global customer service initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional collaborations to drive business‑wide improvements related to customer service and order management.
