Senior Customer Delivery Engineer & Technical Leader

HCLTech in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Technical Leader for Customer Delivery Engineering. You will lead delivery engagements, provide escalation support, and influence architectures with deep technical expertise.

You will mentor others, create and share intellectual property, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex customer problems while driving serviceability and product improvements. The role requires 8+ years and CCIE SP/R&S or equivalent preferred.
