Senior Customer Care & Global Order Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a South East Asia Customer Care professional based in Singapore. You will own day-to-day order fulfillment tasks, ensuring excellent service to customers and channel partners in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will engage with customers across quotes, orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery while coordinating with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to resolve AR/AP issues and maintain smooth operations.
