Senior CSM – E‑commerce Growth (APAC)

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Singapore who will partner with mid-sized eCommerce brands to optimize their use of our email and SMS platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Mandarin to support our expansion in Asia. A hybrid working model is available, with some travel required.
