Senior CRM Ops Manager – Lead-to-Cash & Data Insights

S&P Global is seeking a senior CRM Operations professional to optimize the lead-to-cash value chain. You will advise on complex CRM issues, work with Technology on releases, and mentor junior staff while driving process improvements across the revenue lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM operations, strong analytics, and stakeholder management. A hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence at least two days weekly is expected.
