Working Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 07:45 to 16:30 (16:15 finish on Friday) Week 2 Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30. Enjoy every other Friday off work (PAID)

Job Purpose
Own and manage the operations of the customers' critical environments, taking charge of both technical and account management responsibilities. Lead all critical environment activities to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain continuous infrastructure uptime.
