Senior Creative & Graphic Designer

Role summary

FTL is a fast-growing premium fitness brand with a large, multi-location network. Our Design team is strong on production, but needs a senior craft-and-direction layer sitting between the supervisor and the designers who execute the day-to-day work.

This role is that layer. The Senior Creative & Graphic Designer owns concept-to-execution on our most important design work, sets and safeguards visual consistency across the network, raises the craft ceiling on flagship deliverables, and gives creative direction to mid and junior designers. This is a senior craft-and-direction hire — we are looking for taste, judgment, and art direction, not simply output speed.
