Senior Counsel, Technology Contracts

About the Role

This Senior Counsel position will provide legal support to internal clients primarily related to technology enterprise wide supplier contracts, contractual disputes, and regulatory and compliance matters. This position will report directly to the Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property, Technology & Procurement currently based in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

The attorney selected for this position will provide legal services with the Global Procurement group and other corporate function teams. This position requires experience in drafting and negotiating complex enterprise and cross-divisional procurement contracts for the technology team reviewing and negotiating with large technology suppliers for enterprise arrangements, with a focus on cloud, SAAS, software licensing, professional, consulting and implementation services, and various other corporate services.
