Your role centers on risk management, regulatory compliance, and innovative product solutions while mentoring fellow legal professionals in specialized finance areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on personal and commercial lending issues
• Support negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Develop and review legal documentation for products
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams for innovative solutions
• Mentor and guide junior legal team members
Requirements:
• JD/LLB and licensed to practice law in Canada
• 10+ years of experience in specialized finance law
