Senior Counsel (APAC Lead) - Asset Management

Our Client is a globally focused Investment firm with offices in the US, Europe, Middle-East and Asia.

This is a newly created role in Singapore will primarily partner with the APAC business, supporting on daily and longer term transactional and commercial projects.

• Commercial = 50%

Job Description

• You will play a lead role, supporting the business with transactions across the APAC region. This will involve structuring and the negotiation of various agreements from concept to closure.
• You will draft, review, and negotiate fund/product related documentation and agreements such as distribution and marketing/sales.
• You will work closely with product and finance teams, as well as offering key compliance and governance support. This includes new product launches through to distribution.
