This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and motivated professional to work on a variety of corporate matters within a collaborative and team‑oriented environment. The successful candidate will bring strong technical corporate experience and enjoy working on complex transactions while managing a high volume of files.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents for complex corporate transactions
• Handle corporate governance matters for corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures
