Senior Corporate Paralegal

**DESCRIPTION**
The **Senior Corporate Paralegal** role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and executing contracts with a heavy focus on document redlining and negotiation. This role will report to the Chief Operations Counsel and work closely with multiple departments at Acosta Group, e.g. finance, business leaders, etc.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience with contract administration, is experienced with legal requirements for contract drafting and contract reviews, ensures all contracts conform to company standards and requirements, and can manage the contract and commercial management aspects for the various responsibilities, skills, and experiences outlined below.
