Senior Corporate Banker

Responsibilities

• Expand a portfolio of key corporate accounts with complex financial requirements with the objective of revenue growth and profitability
• Cross-selling a variety of financial solutions including, but not limited to, credit, cash management, trade, treasury instruments, foreign exchange, structured finance, project finance, etc.
• Perform credit analysis, draft credit proposals, and be able to defend the credit-worthiness of proposed debt transactions to a senior credit committee
• Maintain a robust, risk-managed, and profitable portfolio of business through maintain close relationships with clients, constant due diligence of their business operations, and anticipating their financial requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of experience in corporate banking, corporate credit analysis, or transaction banking
