A well-established and reputable law firm based in Northcliff is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing property department.
This opportunity is ideal for:

An established Conveyancer currently practising independently with an existing client base; or

A Senior Conveyancer with a proven track record who is confident in business development and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full transfer process from instruction to registration.

Handling a broad range of transfer matters, including: Deceased Estate Transfers
Commercial Property Transfers
Property Developments
Sectional Title Transfers
Residential Transfers
Conventional Transfers
