Senior Contracts Leader - EPC for Upstream Oil & Gas

Harbour Energy in Mexico City seeks an senior commercial and contracts leader to provide expert leadership in EPC contracting for upstream capital projects. You will develop, negotiate, administer, and govern all engineering-related contracts in alignment with project objectives, company policies, and market best practices.

You will partner with project teams, procurement, and Legal to ensure risk, cost, and schedule controls, and to drive compliant commercial outcomes throughout the project
