Senior Contracts Administrator

About the Role
You will lead procurement and subcontract activities with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management from tendering through to execution and performance.
This role requires hands-on experience managing the full subcontract process, including requests for tender/quote, preparing and running competitive tenders, and the creation through to execution of subcontracts, ensuring compliant and commercially sound outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Subcontracts Officers
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities from RFQ/RFT through to execution and close-out
• Prepare and run competitive tenders, including evaluation and negotiation
• Oversee the creation, execution, and administration of subcontracts
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, compliance, and performance and commercial outcomes
• Monitor supplier delivery against contractual obligations
