Responsibilities
- Identify and win new contract opportunities within the Salesforce and IBM Maximo ecosystems
- Build relationships with System Integrators, Consulting Partners, and End Clients
- Drive outbound activity via LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- Monitor job boards to identify roles where consultants can be immediately supplied
- Market available bench consultants to the market proactively
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, qualifying, and negotiating terms
- Build and manage a personal pipeline of clients and active deals
Requirements
- 2+ years in tech recruitment (contract experience preferred)
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment or business development
- Demonstrated ability to win clients and close deals
- Experience in Salesforce, IBM Maximo/EAM, or AI/Cloud/Data sectors
