In this position, you will guide the organization in implementing the Integrated Transformer Management System (ITM) and advancing through its maturity phases, ensuring that
Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will influence performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost (SQDIC), while strengthening the link between improvement actions, financial impact, and strategic deployment.
You will also promote a strong continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination and the consistent application of ITM tools, methods, and processes such as 5S, Daily Management, Standard Work, Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance.
