Senior Consultant / Quantity Surveyor

The Role

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Auckland. In this pivotal role, you will support the Commission Lead by undertaking significant tasks across our service streams, including providing expert services for construction and insurance clients, as well as offering claims and project advisory.

In this position you will be required to:

• Draft expert reports and claims responses/rebuttals with minimal supervision ensuring clarity, brevity, and impactful communication.
• Review, compile, and analyse records using scheduling or database software.
• Act as Lead Assistant, overseeing technical reports, expert reports, and client strategy recommendations.
• Assist in preparing weekly progress reports for Commission Lead, managing team utilisation levels and upcoming requirements.
