The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant in our Wellington Consulting practice, you will support clients to deliver people-led transformation, including workforce strategy, organisational change, leadership and culture, ensuring successful adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Lead or support, organisation and workforce transformation and change experience initiatives

  • Help clients adopt AI by reshaping roles, skills, behaviours and ways of working

  • Deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement and communication plans

  • Support leadership teams in navigating organisational and workforce impacts of AI

  • Drive adoption, engagement and sustainable behaviour change

  • Translate business problems into practical AI-enabled solutions, including changes to processes, roles, governance, data, technology, behaviours and ways of working
