Senior Consultant - Operations & Industry Transformation

Deloitte NZ is seeking a Senior Consultant in Wellington to drive operational excellence and deliver transformational change. You will work directly with clients across various organisations, reporting to Directors and Partners.

The ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of experience in professional services, particularly in delivering transformation initiatives. An analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will mentor junior team members and lead multidisciplinary projects.
